There is if you use a different GUI for the two tests. Furthermore, I find
changing more than one parameter, ie. the number of computers and ponder,
clutter the test. Scientifically, the setup has to be as similar as possible.
But since I'm not doing the test, I can't force Chessfun to fullfil my request.
I can only try to influence it, which is what I'm doing.

That is baloney from every viewpoint imaginable IMHO. You're entitled to your
opinions, but please try to use arguments when changing mine.
