The test is about the nunn match and not about the strength of the programs in
regular games.

It is possible that the difference in the nunn match is bigger than the
difference in regular games because it is possible that the nunn positions
favour Fritz(I know that nunn chose positions that programs do not understand
for the nunn match and in this case tactics may be more important).
