I would hope for a chess program to learn!  Hope Tiger does also??  If I ever
get to the position where I can cobble together a program?  It WILL learn, it
will have to.  My chess wont be good enough to help it, not at this level.
Nearly at GM?  I will let Tiger thrash it, and hope it learns!
