Just curious.

Fritz is one of the programs that announces its moves.

Do you mean "how accurate is it in announcing moves"?
Like: in 85% of all occasions it announces the move right, in the other 15% it
says "Knight to c3" when it really is "Knight to c4" ?

Trust me - all programs with that feature have 100% accuracy.

But that is not what you mean, eh?

Analysis function, like verbal analysis, or like Chessmaster, babbling like "As
a result of this sequence of moves, white gains a PAWN and a BISHOP for a PAWN
and a K-NIGHT" ?

At Fritz, Annofritzing is fun, but worthless. Blundercheck is much better, as it
sticks to the only thing it can do properly: check against book moves and
tactical analysis at the given move threshold.

From all programs I like the Fritz *GUI* programs the best, as the analysis is
performed with absolute values for white (always +) and black (always -) no
matter which side is to play.
