Not much, the below table for 5-10 blitz looks okay to me.

386/40      : 256 Kb
486/66      : 512 Kb
P90         :   1 Mb
P166        :   2 Mb
P200 MMX    :   2 Mb
AMD 200/233 :   4 Mb
PII/266(300):   4 Mb
