I've played blitz against Hawkeye and I've watched him play comps. He's a phenomenal blitzer, probably the best I've seen on both FICS and ICC. He is a very nice German IM who is well-mannered and nice to talk to. I agree with your choice and confirm that he would have been ranked even higher hadn't he played computers. My own blitz rating on ICC (2449 blitz) would have been about 50-100 pts higher if I hadn't been tempted to play the silicons :-) *** Djordje
