Exchess is fairly strong, but not as strong as crafty or comet.  The new version
is pretty definitely stronger than the old one, but it will take a lot of
testing to know exactly how strong it is.

Since this is a new release, nobody can be very sure about how strong it is.

At any rate, it is certainly worth a download.
