The date is not only in the URL, it is also right under the "FORBES ASAP"
headline. I found it hard to miss, but apparently YMMV applies. JAFM has
posted quite a few links to web sites, most of which have been around for quite
a while already. When I go to view one of them, one of the first things I look
for is when it was written.

What's to recant? The statement is accurate in context. He didn't say they
would never provide them, just that they hadn't. Besides, IBM doesn't seem to
have gone to any great lengths to publicize that they have since been released.
