Pavel,
I have this same program.
When running an engine v engine match the list don't show both
engines just the main program. The only way to see the effect is
to run each seperately and compare and this obviously isn't correct.
You can right click and view all threads but assuming that in my
case my two engines are at the last two threads since the eng files
are NOT identified.
I get a difference in cpu usage of the 3% but get spikes over 20%.
These spikes are particularly noticable as soon as both programs
leave book. Then during the game it settles down a bit but can spike at 10%.
This is running F6...F6 and Crafty 17-10 eng v eng match
at 10 mins with ponder=on on both engines.
Can you explain exactly how and where you are looking?.
