Uri,
   You are totally correct.
The 5/0, 11-9 games I deleted from the computer storing the match results,
which would have had Crafty's evals, but they were also saved by the
computer running F6.

They exhibit the same problems you had observed with the 25 min games.
F6 posting depths of 8 ply when in analysis it gets to 11 in a matter
of seconds.

The autoplayer at times just seems to cause these problems.
Clearly even were the depths to read ok without analysis
of every move there is no way to know for sure that both
are operating correctly.
