I don't think he had _any_ right to the printouts anyway.  IBM had no
responsibility to give them to him, any more than he had any responsibility
to tell them where the program could have played better.

But they did make them public.  And he is _still_ saying they didn't.  Another
quote was posted today showing this nonsense...
