The only game I every played Zippy (which is maybe gnuchess?), I played my favorite offbeat line in the dragon and mated it by attacking its king. This was about 3 years ago (maybe 4) on ICC. I am sure that any program made since then wouldn't fall for the same attack. I quit while I was ahead. :-) I know that just about any computer program could stomp me. John Coffey
