That's about the price of it.  I origianlly ordered it from Barnes & Nobel, but
they messed up the whole thing and couldn't figure out how to get it, so last
Thursday I ordered it from Amazon and it arrived this Monday.

To the best of my knowledge, that is the only book along those lines that is
currently in print.  Have a look around this page by David Kessler of the Brute
