You'd have to rely on someone else to tell you that, I'm not a member of ICCA
and haven't seen any of their articles.  Hopefully someone else will speak up
about that, or Ernst will say something.  As I recall the ICCA Journal is part
of his acknowledgments, but I think the book is more broad based than merely
reprinting ICCA articles.

I have not read very far yet.
