I think the major difference in what we did was that I was foolish enough to
attempt to get my local store to order the book for me, but for some reason
going directly to their website was a much better idea.

I'd say that B&N has a definate communication problem in their system if they
had this trouble getting the book for me at a local store and you were able to
get it online, I'm not especially happy with that.
