Subject: Who can help me at the folowing FIDE ratinglists

I need them for ChessBase 7.0 PLAYERBASE!!

Text/DBF doesn't matter as long as the FIDE-identification numbers
are present; For example Kasparov = 4100018

I need the folowing lists:
JAN 1998
JUL 1997
JUL 1997
JUL 1991
