Are you sure you can't get the timestamp through the firewall?  I have never had
problems with timestamp and my firewall :)  But then again, I control the
firewall :)....as to seek commands, winboard sends a command to the ICC after
every game called gameend, which has no command on the icc for it, so you can
make an alias:

+alias gameend ;seek 3 0 f;seek 15 0 f;seek 213123 34124 f and so on :)

another option is to add /zippyGameend="seek 1 0f\nseek 5 0 f\n" and so on to
your batch file.
