I do not think that not offering a draw is something that is not honest.

I think that Frans could continue to play because the opponent may do a mistake.

I believe that the result was probably a draw but fritz has better chances to
win and it had practical chances.

I remember that Igor Nur offered Rebel Century a draw in a drawn position of
opposite colour bishops and inspite of the fact that I believed it will be a
draw I declined the draw offer and Rebel won the game.

I do not think that I did something that is not honest
This is the position that Rebel declined the draw offer with black:
[D]8/p4p1k/3Rb3/4P3/3P1B2/3r4/7P/6K1 b - - 0 1

I think this position is more close to be a draw than the position of Fritz.
