In the same place as Tiviakov? He is not Dutch and he plays in the Dutch
national championship.

Again, this is personal, but I don't see a problem with Fritz participating in
the Spanish championship. Fritz is as much of a Spaniard as Shirov. I mean that
I don't see any of this as a matter of national or human pride.
