It is certainly no unanimous rebellion, you're absolutely right. Only thing I wanted (and want) to stress is that because of the lack of democracy (KNSB is an association!) and lack of tact of the Dutch Chess Federation this situation of two camps have come up. There are no hostile feelings against Fritz, ChessBase or Frans at all - his name wasn't mentioned one time - only the time the draw procedure came up. For the rest everything respects him - I wish the KNSB had done the same with different opinions. I say it again, it's a dark day for the Dutch championships, if only a bit more respect from the KNSB Fritz would have participated *and* it would have been a smash hit. Now there's always that nasty remaining taste. Pity. Hope everything sizzles out, No one deserves a championship like this. Jeroen ;-}
