Hello Albert,

I have just read your message and was startled to find a very high degree of
similarity between it and my own posting.  Then I took a look at the times of
posting and found out that it's only seven seconds' difference!  Quite
interesting.  I too think that 11...f4 was a bolt from the blue for van der
Doel.
