The idea is to have fair circumstances to get the best statistical data
to interpret !
Do we want to measure the fastest hardware ?
Than there is no need to play chess.
ONE look into the operating-manual and we would know. No need to fly or
travel to PARIS.
We could fax David Levy all our machines operating-manuals and he
declares
the winner of the championship by looking which one has the fastest
hardware.

Right. If we cannot discuss it in words, how should we ACT in other ways

Using guns to fight it out ? No. We have to talk about it.
