It's not the best move anyway!
It leads to a draw against best play! Blacks first move would be 19...Nh5!
It's a long job to type out all the main variations here and I don't know how to
reprint it straight from computer. But it looks like no one checked it out
properly.
  19...Bg5 probably is the best move, and at any rate can lead to a forced win.
  After 19...Nh5, the queen can eventually be manuevered (with further
creativity also) to cover g7 etc. and can end up with Bishop and 2 pawns
(one is also enough) vs.Rook.
   When checking out a position with computer aid (in my case-Hiarcs 7.0)
you must atleast ask it many questions. You can't just run it for 2 minutes
and conclude "too bad! the computer is a dummy because I know better!"
