You also waded into the great NPS debate.  And NPS did *not* count
according
to you.  *now* you have changed your mind to "NPS is important if the
two
programs are otherwise reasonably close in knowledge and so forth?"  If
you
have changed your mind, please explain why.  If you have not, then plese
remove your own post as it is contrary to what you believe...
