I wouldn't take it as evidence of any kind. In my opinion, the global
performance of programs in the Israeli league, 2487 Elo points, is more
indicative.

I also find interesting that the estimated rating for Fritz SSS in the Dutch
championship is 2640 on a quad. Make it single processor and you end up close to
the 2487 points.
