ICC is a fine example since it over-emphasizes the problem. If someone does not believe there is a rating inflation at ICC, then they will not believe there is one in FIDE. Some people will not believe what you tell them unless you give tham a big enough example to hit them over the head with. ;) KarinsDad :)
