I am changing computer and i use the following chess programs :

Crafty (with huge opening tree)
Fritz
Hiarcs (module for fritz)
Rebel
Genius 5.0
Chessbase

any advice on processor (AMD or INTEL) ?
                  RAM (DIMM or EDO) ?
                  Hard DISK ?
                  Graphic card ?

other advice?
