One thing you could consider would be to have Crafty bust it apart for you like
this:
White(1): annotate alvaro.pgn w 1 -1 1"
So I annotated it from move one, but it won't atart annotating til it gets past
the book unless you turn that off, and I gave it a negative margine so that it
annotates everything (aftre book) and a very short search time so that it rips
through the file real fast. Then all you'll have to do is edit your annotations
in where Carfty's are, see below. Did you check to see if SAN can do this?
