Subject: The Israeli league and computers

What is this all about? I have seen that Shredder lost on time because the
operator talked in telephone, Fritz plays without tablebases, Rebel and other
programs wasn't installed when the game began and so on.Upgrades not allowed.
What is this for people ,have they ever used a computer or played with a
chess-program? Do they use hash-tables, do they use opening books etc. I think
it's unfair against the respective programmers to let people without knowledge
serve the programs.
