You are wrong, of course. Junior played in the Israeli major league in 1997, and
in the second league in 1995 & 1996.

I would not bet heavily on this practice continuing next year. Not that I know
of anything specific, but there is bound to be strong opposition.

I also think a change of rules is necessary. If next year every team will have a
computer, and the rule about computers having to play each other will not
change, it will become a pure comp-comp event and I will prefer to stay at home.
