He praises the handling of ratings, which I think is justified. The SSDF gives a
very accurate measure of strength difference between programs. Seirawan seems to
praise the fact they don't let political shenanigans (did I spell that right?)
manipulate the tests.

However, he didn't say anything about how they compared to ELO ratings, and I
think that he is also right there too.
