I agree that offering a draw when the computer was 2 pawns down is a wrong behaviour(the side who has better position and think that the advantage is not enough should be the side to offer a draw) but I do not think that the operator should resign. I do not think that not resigning in a game and drawing it is a bad behaviour. Offering a draw in a bad position may help to get better result when the opponent is in time trouble because the opponent may think if to accept the offer but I do not support doing everything in order to get better result. I think that offering a draw in the first game was wrong. The operator could continue if he thought that Fritz has better chances. It is possible that this wrong behaviour caused Tiviakov to expect the operator to resign when Fritz was 2 pawns down. Uri
