I simply typed [D] before B7/8/8/4npk1/8/8/5K2/8 b - - 0 1 and no spaces between
[D] and B7/...
B7/8/8/4npk1/8/8/5K2/8 b - - 0 1 is the FEN representation of the position

The simplest way to post a FEN representation of the position is by chess
program.

I click board in one of the chessbase engines and click on set up position and
click on copy FEN and I can have the FEN reperesentation.

If you have not chess program to do it you can do it manually if you understand
that somethingd like the fact that big letters mean white pieces, small letters
mean black pieces
B7/8/8/4npk1 means for example:bishop at a8 nothing at b8-h8.nothing at
a7-h7,nothing at a6-h6,nothing at a5-d5,black knight at e5 black pawn at
f5,black king at g5, nothing at h5
