Well done Francesco. These are indeed interesting questions. Does the
commercially available version of Fritz offer draws when behind in material or
evaluation? If not and the programmer failed to implement that option, then
Fritz is ineligible to play, since draw offers on behalf of the machine would
depend on the operator, which seems to be against FIDE rules. Interesting.
