	Since USCF tournaments are governed by USCF rules not FIDE rules I am not sure
that the dutch championship is covered by the FIDE rules regarding computers.

	Also FIDE say in point 4 the following:

4. Prizes

  (GA '93) Computers taking part in human tournaments can only receive special
computer prizes, if any.

This is obviously not true in the Dutch championship.
