You are missing the point, since Tiviakov claims that the draw offer caused his
blunder. That may or may not be true, but it does question the reason for Frans'
action. I think it's a fair question. Whether Tiviakov had lost on time or not
if the game had continued, is completely irrelevant I my opinion.
