Well, if one wanted to include computers in an event, one could ....
1) organise a human-only all-play-all event and at the same time ...
2) have the humans play the computers on the side
3) the computers could play each other in their copious spare time
4) the results would be:
FIDE-compatible results for the human-only event
other results for the 'totally open' 'enclosing' event
