I am not sure about the rules if black can claim a draw or not.
The rules are not clear about it.

I know that in the position when I claimed a draw my opponent could also win if
I blunders but there was no practical chance that I will blunder if I am not in
a big time trouble.

I was not sure if the decision will be a draw but I had no choice because I had
only 20 seconds on the clock and I knew that I cannot make a draw by the 50 move
rule in 20 seconds.

I think that Fritz will be happy if you let it repeat the position when it
believes that the opponent has the advantage so the simplest way to try to get a
repetition in the final position is to play moves like
Nc4 Nb2 Nc4... and get a draw.
