Perhaps by setting the time control to 1:50 average or so?
No big deal, really....
And it's allowed to change the level in case of time trouble on the
clock.

While I agree Rebel can be improved with 'fischer' method and a flexible
2th and 3th time control (it's now automatic) Rebel9 offers you 'other'
levels which you will not find in other programs.
