If only it were so easy.  :)

I think the definition of "fair" here is "anything that favors me, and not the
opponent." (where me is the human, and opponent is the computer).  I've seen
this escalate for way over 25 years now.  I suspect it won't end until computers
are not allowed at all, which has basically happened in the US already.
