In the special rules of the KNSB for this event it says what the operator is allowed to do: d) het namens de computer aanbieden, accepteren en verwerpen van een remise-aanbod. (he may on behalf of the computer offer, accept and reject a draw offer) e) het namens de computer claimen van remise volgens de Artikelen 9.2, 9.3 en 10.2 van de FIDE Regels voor het Schaakspel. (claim a draw on behalf of the computer in accordance with Articles 9.2, 9.3 and 10.2 of the FIDE Rules of chess) f) het namens de computer opgeven van de partij. (resign the game on behalf of the computer) "namens de computer" means he is allowed to *decide* for the computer. Jeroen ;-}
