I just got back from taking my wife for a 4 day trip for Mothers Day. I mis read the end result. However I stand on what I said except for the result. There is no rule against offering a draw that I am aware of. There was not enough time for Tiviakov to win the game and the Operator was trying to be a good sport in a game of good sportsmanship. I think the question "would you care to draw" was not disturbing. Thank you for correcting me Wayne
