	But Bosboom did show up and played three moves. If van der Sterren does not
show up for the game, then that game would definitely not be rated by USCF, by
the Mexican chess federation or FIDE (I have not checked recently, but last time
FIDE did not rate forfeit loses). The Canadian chess federation does rate
forfeits.
	I think Fritz-Bosboom would be rated by any chess federation (unless it is
found it was a fixed result, which would lead to severe penalties for both
players).
	I agree that this result does not reflect Fritz playing strenght, but then we
can not be choosing which results do count and which do not. For Chris'
purposes, I think he should count any game that would be rated, and let other
people interpret the results.
