Thanks for the quick response. I tried /saitek, and got no message
saying that this was not a Saitek board, so I tried moving pieces, but
no response. I tried it because the docs said it was a parallel port
board also, like the TASC. But the Chess232 board is serial, so there
must be another switch for that one, or...? Also, I tried turning off
the 3d board and the nicely done titles, because I wanted to give it
more memory, and I was trying to see if there are other 2d styles of
pieces. When I selected "marble" the screen went black, and it was
three-finger salute time, but even that didn't work, so I powered off.
