The opposite is also obviously true. > > Albert Silver But what if the programmer chose opening which sacrifice pawn in order to open the position up a little after the pieces are centralized, leaving the human with an open position which is tactically a disadvantage for him. For instance most Gambit benefit programs most of the time.
