I think there might be some confusion over this Kogan ELO. The game was against
Boris Kogan, but there are two Boris Kogans in the FIDE Jan 2000 list:

 2804352 Kogan, Boris.................... ISR 2271 1
 2000482 Kogan, Boris M.................. m USA 2445 0 i

TWIC lists the ELO for Kogan,B as 2445, but I was assuming that the Kogan
playing in Israel was probably Boris (ISR 2271) not Boris M (USA 2445). Maybe
Uri can confirm which Kogan played this game?

Based on my assumption, here's what I have for Rebel:

Nor 2271 1
Golod 2566 1
Haimovitch 2276 1
Har-Zvi 2507 .5
Kogan,B 2271 (?) 1
Malisov 2320 0
Hasidovski 2177 .5
Mittelman 2443 .5

Giving:

Program HW TPR Opp W D L Tot
Reb Cen 500P3 2504 2354 4 3 1 8
