Assuming you are really talking about CPU caches and not about TTables
or anything like that, yes, there exists a cache profiler for linux.

It's called cacheprof and, IIRC, is written by the same guy that wrote
the bzip program. I don't have the link anymore, but I think you should
be able to find it via the bzip homepage.
