Subject: Computer Correspondence Tournament (KKup3 :)

I am again at a point where I can try to arrange such an event.  Before anything
gets finalized (or really started, for that matter), I need to know how many
people will participate, and what program(s) they will use.  I'll also likely
need one backup operator per running program, in case an operator drops out, and
potentially an adjudicating committee (just in case).

As was done in KKup2, there will be some way of equalizing unequal hardware by
changing time control for various machine speeds.  The baseline machine will be
determined by the hardware of the participants.  I'm thinking about 24
hours/move on the baseline machine, but it could go higher (or lower, if
needed).
