I think that Mr tal is the manager of the club shredder was playing for.
The result of the last round also was not very important for him because the
club of shredder could be almost sure before the game that their team is bnot
going to go to lower league.

I remember that he said some rounds before the last round that it is important
to have a team in the first league in order to convince the municipality of
tel-aviv to give money but I guess that it was not important for him if the team
is going to be at 6th place or at 9th place.

He could know before the last round that the only chance not to be in the first
league next year is only if they lose at least 5.5:1.5 and that it is not
enough.

The opponent team of shredder's team could know before the game that they have
no chance to stay in the first league so the chances to lose at least 5.5:1.5
against this weak team was very small.

Losing 5.5:1.5 or even 7:0 was not enough.

In order to be in the 10th place that is leading to another game they needed the
team of Rebel to get 4 points more than them and the team of Rebel played
against a better team.

He could know that the probability of playing another game that can lead them to
a lower league are almost 0 even if shredder will lose the game.
