One of which is that it would not be as equal as possible. If, for example, Fritz-Nimzo is the Nunn position #1 and Fritz-Hiarcs is Position #5, there are then two variables in the experiment, rather than just one. It might be nice to try something similar to what you suggest sometime, but I don't think the resources are available to do it at very long time controls. Jeremiah
